We offer two kinds of house cleaning service;

​

Maintenance clean - the items you would normally cover each week, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning the loo and the shower.  Typically this takes between 2 and 3 person hours and is typically undertaken by one or two cleaners.

Deep clean - this is more akin to a full spring clean, wiping down cupboards inside and out, cleaning the inside of your windows, top to bottom clean of tiled walls.  Optional extras with this service are carpet cleaning and oven cleaning.  Many people use this service when moving into or out of a house, either to satisfy their landlord or letting agent or just so they know the house is spotless top to bottom.  This can take anything between from 6 to more than 20 person hours and is typically undertaken by a team of 3 or 4 cleaners and, in some cases, specialist equipment.

We carry cleaning materials to deal with most issues however if a property has not been maintained then it may not be possible to return it to an as new state.  Examples are long standing carpet stains, mould in grout or silicone sealant and staining to ceramic or stainless steel sinks.

Our cleaners are not equipped with the products or machinery to undertake extreme cleaning, such as properties that have suffered invasion from vermin or other pests, been used to grow weed or where floors or carpets have suffered damage from urine, blood or excrement.  We feel the need to spell this out as we have had a number of jobs recently where the booking was for a maintenance or regular deep clean only to find that the job was more extreme than this when we attended and we have had to walk away, leaving our cleaners with lost earnings.

Our cleaners will also require access to stable power, water and drainage to be able to deliver our service, again, this would seem obvious but we have had to walk away from jobs where this was not available.
