  1. Get rid of dust and clutter. No matter how clean you are, you will find that dust will always accumulate if left unchecked. This is because these particles are transported by air and as such cannot be avoided. Setting time aside to dust the office on a regular basis will ensure that surfaces remain clean. In addition to this, avoid letting paperwork build up. This will inevitably lead to clutter around the office. If you organize your paperwork daily, you will find that you have less clutter around the workspace thus making it more pleasing to the eye.
     

  2. Disinfect the different surfaces. An office space will be used by numerous people at a time. This makes it a haven for bacteria and other germs as different people will be coming into contact with the various surfaces. A lot of workers will tend to have their desks clean but overlook other items such as phones, keyboards and the like. This is a grave mistake since these tend to be the surfaces that will accumulate the most bacteria due to their frequent use. Disinfecting these items is not a hard task though. All you would need is a soft cloth and some disinfectant which can be bought in the form of a gel or a spray. One thing to keep in mind is paying attention to disinfection of surfaces if you work in shifts. This typically means that you will be sharing your workstation with another person. When it is your time on duty, ensure you have wiped clean the various surfaces that you will come into contact with.
     

  3. Organization is crucial. One of the best ways of ensuring you avoid clutter in the office is by being organized. Have specific areas to put various items so that clutter dos not build up on your desk and general office space. Avoiding clutter helps in Office Cleaning as it lessens the chores you would have to do when you decide to tidy up your office. Organization is something that should be done daily, as it does not take up much time. It simply comprises of putting back items where they belong after using them rather than letting them build up around your workspace.
     

  4. Hire the services of a commercial cleaning company. Lastly, enlist the services of a commercial cleaning company to come in at least once a week to do a thorough clean-up of the office
